Hudson United Bank, based in New Jersey, was looking for ways to generate
more business from their top customers. Working with Spyglass, they decided
to change the focus of the program away from the customers themselves (who
hardly needed another toaster) to the top sales people who were, in most
cases, responsible for keepng the top customers happy. We developed a name
and graphic identity for the new program, as well as the selling tools
and kick-off event. |
